The National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020), which was established by the Union Cabinet of India on 29 July 2020, represents the concept of India's unique education policy. The modern policy follows the early National Policy on Education, 1986.

The system is a general structure for primary teaching to higher learning as well as vocational education in both rustic and urban India. The course aims to change India's education system by 2030.

Shortly after the release from the course, the administration explained that no one will be required to consider any appropriate literature and that the means of education will not be changed from English to any local language. The communication policy in NEP is a general guideline and announcement in nature; and it is up to the states, organizations, and schools to decide on the implementation. Education in India is a Collective List subject.
