This article is about the Nepotism , which tells about at what extend nepostism is acceptable.

Nepotism , we all have come accross this word atleast once in our lifetime . Nepostism simply means favoring one person over another just because they belong to your family or you have any good relations with them.

Recently after the demise of the Sushant singh rajput , the matter of Nepotism once again has been raised . Star kids are being favored  over the real talented actors . Those actors who does not have any links have to face lot of problem, they actually have to go through scuffle a lot to get even one opportunity.

NEPOTISM IS EVERYWHERE

In school, office , buisness , banks , and list goes on.. It is in every field all it depends upon how you deal with it . Just have faith in your knowledge have faith in your skill have faith in your hard work. Hardwork pays off one or another day , not even nepotism can stop you get heights in your life just believe in yourself.

Nepotism does have a negative impact on that person who has actually faced it. One deserving guy got rejected because he doesnot have any link but all he got is his skills . Here , it is totally unbearable

I don't say that you should not give the job or opportunity to your family.. You should but only if he or she is deserving , only if they have earned that oppotunity they have actually worked hard for it Just because he or she is your family member does not makes them deserving.

Lets take an example of an one Fictional character.

Danish who left his hometown at the 18 years of age to achieve something big in his life . As he belongs to a Middle class family so Earning money and respect was all of his objective at the time of leaving his hometown. In the new city , He completed his graduation  He was well aware of this fact that great things don't come easily So he should do something different from others ,along with education he started learning other new skills . He was all set to enter the new industry and he went to different companies seeking for a job. There was a company named as ABC so after so many selection rounds 2 candidates were selected for final interview round and danish was one of them. Other candidate was the son of manager. So who got the job??

DANISHHH!! yesss he got the job!! why?

Because of his additional skills because he was more deserving candidate !! But yes the other candidate did get the job a small role than danish  !! perks of having a manager father but yes here nepotism didn't blocked way the real talent to come up. so what's the moral of the story ?

Nepotism can co-exist , and it is acceptable only if it is not blocking the way of real talent to come up!!
