To satisfy the demands of fast shifts and advancements in technology, the undergraduate programs are being changed with an accent on specialization. But, there is no way to make the qualified staff for joining this quickly switching requirement.

Technical education in India is troubled with various lacks. It has contributed the engineers arising out of most of the Institutes are virtually unqualified. There must be any occasional efforts to change the circumstance but the most maximum of the works have not made any important differences.

In India, engineering analysis and community programs exist mainly in the IITs. Even here, the central focus seems to be basic research, and applied study activities are preferably on a low key. Other institutions Polytechnics, as entirely as degree universities, do not have any bias towards promoting experimentation and growth due to the government's absence of interest and help.

It is important that with the shifting of weight in modern product and design knowledge from the good old regular and common fields to the extra complex fields of new developing technologies, the use of High Technology has increased to such diversified and functional parts of modern engineering.
